Nigeria President Muhammadu Buhari, who is currently on a 2-day visit to the South-East, has been honoured with 2 chieftaincy titles in Ebonyi State.
The official Twitter account of the president @NGRPresident shared photos of him receiving the titles, Ochioha NdiIgbo 1 Igbo Warrior, and Enyioma 1 of Ebonyi, And he was conferred by South East traditional council of rulers.
The Twitter account also revealed Buhari inaugurated 2 multi-billion naira flyover projects built by the Ebonyi State Government on a section of the African Trans-Saharan Highway that runs through Enugu, Cross River, and Cameroon.
The President who arrived in Ebonyi on Tuesday was received by the governors of Enugu, Ebonyi and Abia states.
He stop at the Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu after which he proceeded to Ebonyi. and is also expected to visit Anambra State.
This is the first time the president is visiting the south-east region since he became president Nigeria, is aimed is reassuring the region that his government does not discriminate against any part of Nigeria
